3rd Generation 1996 Camry 4cyl P0106 & P0172 codes

Car just recently started losing power when accelerating; stalls out sometimes when turning and slowing down at the same time.

Car's history from most recent to least recent:
Today - Replaced air filter, looks like the old one was stock (from '96 )
Couple days ago - went to AutoZone and got the printouts saying Codes P0106 and P0172 (Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem , and System Too Rich (Bank #1), respectively
~1mo - Spark Plug on cylinder 1 starts coming loose, turns out the wire had just gone too far into the head cap; hasn't repeated itself.
~5mos - Oil Change
~1yr - New Transmission

Any and all help is greatly appreciated; To get this fixed and do a tune up while at it will cost ~650.
