Starts for % seconds then stalls. Fuel pump works if I jump across open ciruit relay. Fuel pump does not run when key is in on position. Voltage at the injectors and spark at the plugs. 12 volts in one pin at harness fuel pump and 6 in the other. Fuel pump wont run unless jumped across.

Where are you jumping the fuel pump? Is there a small plastic box labeled "Diagnostic" bolted to the passengers side shock tower. If so jump the FP and B+ terminals then turn ign switch on.

At the circuit-opening relay, terminals 1 and 2 are the solenoid, 3 goes to the fuel pump, 4 comes from the EFI relay.

Other non-fuel pump issues that can cause the engine to die soon after staring are the MAP sensor or IAC valve.
