Should I change the battery due to this problem

Well after coming back from vacation to Orlando, Florida. I went to pick up my camry and surprisingly my car wouldnt react to my remote!! I was freaking out cuz I was long away from home. I thought it was out of batteries on the remote but it wasnt as the red light still lits when I press on the button.

After unlocking the car with the keys I tried to turn on the car but it wouldnt start! I know for sure its my battery thats gone. Thankfully a parking lot tow truck was around the corner and helped me jump the cable and it worked! Yay.

After checking through what could have caused the problem I found out that someone before I left for the plane. Turn on the dome light inside and was left for 4 days. That was the reason why my battery got drained..Right now my car works fine but i'm not sure if I should change batteries. Cuz I seriously do not want this to happen again.

If the car still holds a charge (lets say.....overnight) you're fine.

Take it to AutoZone (or whatever local shop you have that sells batteries) and have them check if it's good.

^+1 on both. Remember, even some of the no maintenance batteries will have caps that you can remove to add distilled water. It wouldn't hurt to check. If the electrolite level hasn't gone below the metal plates then you should be OK. The load meter check would be best.
