Accessory power plug

Is there a way to make the accessory power plug always ON vs only on when the key is in the ignition.

On my '02 Tundra, I was able to pull the relay for the accessory power plug.... and jam a small piece of paper making the relays contacts always closed

I don't see where the accessory plug relay is (although there sure are allot of fan relay in the car )

Direct wire it from the battery (don't forget to use an inline fuse). Direct wire to the supply side of its fuse (if there are any other items sharing its fuse they will all be on with the key off).
