I don't know how much different 92 models and 95 models are. In my 95 I was able to run the side to side control out all the way (hyper extending it) to finally get a philips screw drive to access the remaining socket screws. I had a very thin carburetor wrench that was able to get on the nut toward the outside of the reflector between it and the body. The wrench had two very different angles and I was able to turn the nut a little at a time by going back and forth between the angles.
I had pics but they're locked up in my laptop that is on its way to get fixed.

Often, it's the loose screw between the steering wheel and the driver's seat that needs to be fixed first!
