Hey guys,

I bought some Indiglo Gauges about four years ago and they've been working great until recently. Now, they take anywhere from thirty seconds to a few minutes to turn on instead of instantly as they used to whenever I turned my headlights on. Does anybody know if this is a sign of them dying and needing to be replaced, or maybe I just need to check something with a connection?

The inverter is going bad and will soon die. It happened to me. Just go on ebay and get a new inverter for like 13 dollars. totally worth it.

Where did you guys get your gauges? I can't seem to find them anywhere for a gen 4 Camry. Even eBay is turning up nothing. Anyone know?

Yes you had indiglo gauges right? Either blue or green? Then you need this one http://procarparts.stores.yahoo.net/2glgain.html

It should still work, which did you get? You shoulda got the one with the switch.

It's probably an inverter issue, but for some reason, the gauges will work when it's chilly out (<50*F), but once the heater kicks in and warms up the cabin, the gauges will fail again.

Can anyone confirm if this is in fact an inverter issue or should I be looking for a short somewhere?

Take it apart and check for loose connections!!

Shouldn't be too hard. Just a couple of screws
