electrical problem with tail/brake lights

on the RR tail/brake bulb burnt out so i replaced it. when i step on the brake, the RR tail/brake light is not as bright compared to the LR. also when i have the parking lights on, and step on the brake, the RR brake light goes out completely. and the indicator light in the dash stay lits. can the LFS be the problem?
