You might need some. I had to get some new ones after I got my current set of wheels since the stock lugs weren't long enough. They only cost me $30 bucks at Kragen, I think..
i have seen cars with silver lugs and black wheels before and they look very nice. but i haven't seen any black lugs before. my only concern would be that with the lugs black that the powdercoat might chip when they need to be tightened/un-tightented.
