well i really like the is300 wheels on a gen 4 camry and i know the back will need spacers maybe like 5mm which isnt a big deal...but my real question is about the front calipers....if i do a v6 brake swap do all i have to change is the calipers and rotors? thanks!

i believe thats all that is needed, maby the brake line to, though id replace that with SS lines anyways since ur already gonna be doin it. i dont see how this question relates to IS wheels though.
yea the other wheels i was loking at i was told probably wont look good on a gen 4...and as for how this relates to the is300 wheels to make them fit on a 4 cylinder u have to upgrade the front brakes cauz otherwise the calipers will hit the inside of the rim

why not run 10MM spacers up front? - i mean.. its 50 offset on a 17x7 so you'll be sunken inside the wheel well pretty good w/out spacers and run 15mm in the rear for the better pushed out look? - but ur gonna have roll or cut ur fenders tho. Just a suggestion..
yea true...now if i do the spacers i have to cut all of the fenders right? front and rear?

just rears because there really isn't anything there to cut or roll in the front. If its a 50 offset- you'll bring it down to 40 offset w/a 10mm spacers so that should be pretty flushed in the front.
alright i hope that works....u think those size spacers with new extended studs is safe? to extend the studs i just have to knock the old one out with a hammer and put the new ones in right? kind of like what this guy did... http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=157760

^^ wow.. dude's crazy- people should still go w/ext. studs with anything over 5mm spacers.
If they're hub centric w/ extended studs- i'd be at ease with them. So yes- i believe they are safe. If installed by a professional. Installed by you- idk man.. LOL j/p.
Please make sure you know what you're doing!!
Im not responsible for whatever BAD stuff happens to you. But if its all good- feel free to gimme some credit. LOL
i myself have 45 offset wheels and im gonna run 10mm in front and 15mm in the rear as well. But im taking mines to a shop to get it pressed in so if anything happens- i have someone to blame.
lol alright man ill take the safe way and take it to a shop....def gotta start saving up...this job is gonna run with with everything probably like $1200
