Running Lights Die Please Help

i bought two led light bulbs for the front corner lights. installed it work for about a couple minutes. Now the running lights went out, even with the OEM bulbs.

Check all fuse, they all are ok.
Replaced the Flasher with a known good one and it's still no good.
Thinking about testing the Turn signal switch but no manual.

I used a volt meter to measure power from the socket, with the running light switch turn on, and there is no 12volt present. ONLY .02 voltage
Where does this green/red wire connected to?

please help any info, wiring diagram, or site. I can check out would be appreciated.
