Replace rear seatbelt assembly myself?

Hi, All,
My 1998 Camry 4 dr. has a driver's side rear seatbelt assemblly that's conked out: won't retract. I poked around in there and it doesn't seem that the mechanism is casually stuck or blocked. So I'm wondering where I might locate a replacement part from a decomissioned Camry. Apparently, the repair at a Honda dealer would run well over $200 toward $300 or more. An expensive part, for some reason.

Does anyone here know about doing this task and about locating such parts, which I guess should be color matched, etc?

you pull it yard thats where i got mine. just make sure you clean it first. that or toyota.
