3rd Generation Driving Light Help (please help!)

Ok so i bought some driving lights today they are pilot PL-1058M driving lights with led ring. ok so im tryin to mount the fogs up and the screws under the bumper with the long metal strip are a bitch to get out.
There is one screw on each side of the metal strip with one in the middle...

this is the screw... its a tight space so that a screw driver wont fit.. it needs a philips head to take out not to mention its a pretty long screw.

Any advice on how to get them out? please help! ive tryed gettin them out with a pocket knife screw driver for the last 2 hrs and no progress... and no its dark and i have to wait until tomarrow someone please help me !

I am a fan of short fat handled #2 philips for those situations. Spray top (if you can reach it) and bottom w/ WD-40 and let it sit a bit to penetrate. Apply a lot of upward pressure, probably with both hands, and turn slowly so as not to strip the head. Stripped screw heads suck.
