ok i found the engine but im looking for the 5 speed tranny i can't seem to find i looked on ebay and googled it, is it just rare to find that tranny should i just get the auto that comes with the engine or whaT?
Have you tried car-part.com? You can search for a solara/camry/es300 E153 transmission and all the other parts that you may need. It's worked well for me, at least.

e153 is the code...it didnt change between the MR2, gen3 or gen4 camry. but its not a direct swap. there are some modifications but just in terms of parts needed. mounts, ecu, tranny bits manual bits and differnent axels then the auto tranny.
4wd truck5 speed manual transmission with chain driven transfer case... :P
though it does bolt to the VZ engine family. most notably the 3vze and the 5vzfe (Pickup and Tacoma respectively)
but seriously, car-part.com is a great site. you can find everything and anything.
if you find what appears to be a legit price close to you, call, they may have everything you need.

that would work if we actually had a way to rig the suspension and drive train for 4wd...cuz the tacoma suspension doesnt work...at all.
well, in my sick, twisted mind, I fantasize about taking a camry or corolla and basically welding on a 4wd suspension underneath, and making it a off roading whore hahaha
