I would like to purchase this item. I have searched on this forum but, I can't seem to find who sells this item. Can anybody please point me in the right direction. I have also gathered that I need the bushings from a 97 solara. Which bushings would those be? Any help would be appreciated.
Hey, I plan to grab this as well as soon as I get some money
But I've heard you can get 'em from a guy named Reggie on the solaraguy.org forum for about $150 shipped.
*EDIT*
Contact info for Reggie from the thread below:
Buy from Reggie
SolaraGuy.com account: NVDIS1
Email: nvdis1@sbcglobal.net
and email provided by eyeball96: reggie@ackermantoyota.com
That's where eyeball96 got his I believe and where I plan on getting mine I also remember reading eyeball96 got gen 4 bushing brackets to fit the sway bar; granted, his isn't a 95 but should be the same, correct me if I am wrong anyone.
You can contact Reggie by signing up for an account there and PMing him. His ID there is NVDIS1. Reggie is a parts guy at Ackerman Toyota in St. Louis and is able to get the TRD RSBs direct from Toyota and has sold them at a good price to TN members. He's a great guy to work with, and several folks here including myself have gotten their RSBs through him.
I got mine from Reggie, he;s a good guy. TRD RSB comes with Poly bushings. Ask Reggie to order the Gen 4 bushing brakcets with the RSB. Then your good to go.

When I was doing my research, I saw several people recommend replacing endlinks while you were in there, and the general consensus was that Toyota endlinks were better than aftermarket, so I went ahead and got new endlinks from Reggie too. That added another ~$120.

Do you by chance know if you can get the OEM endlinks for cheaper somewhere else? When I switch out the RSB I plan to change my endlinks too since they are quite rusted, so I was wondering what else you happened to stumble on during your research (also plan to do struts and springs at the same time this summer haha). Thanks in advance

Adam, do you know if those bushings are sold separately? Just curious.
I don;t think you can. My dealer called TRD and the tards actually told him you can ONLY get the bushings with the RSB. Even my dealer said WTF to that.

$120 is actually discounted. Reggie won't screw you over. So don;t worry.

I couldn't find them for less at the time. I found a couple places online that had them at the same price. The amount he quoted me for shipping was reasonable too, but I live in the St. Louis area so I opted to just order them with the RSB and pick everything up myself.
I subsequently bought the rest of my OEM suspension parts from him too. Strut mounts, boots, bump stops, etc. I couldn't find any of it cheaper online, and he was great to deal with on the RSB so it was a no brainer.
I called a couple of other dealerships in the area to price parts and they quoted me around $185 for the RSB if I picked it up. Reggie's price at the time was $150 shipped. Savings was similar on all the other parts as well.
I got my H&R Sport springs from Tire Rack. I couldn't find them cheaper from a reputable dealer.
I got my Tokicos from eBay seller jdmwerks13. Best price I could find at the time, and I was very happy with the transaction.
Good luck on your upgrade. I did mine all at once too, then added my new rims and tires a week later. Couldn't be happier. It's an amazingly different car now. A little loss in ride quality, but handles fantastic.
The only thing I regret about doing it all at once is that I don't really know how much of the change in handling is attributable to the RSB vs how much is the spring/strut combo. Not losing any sleep over it though
I should have purchased my endlinks from Reggie....I paid 180 for the pair!
And Eddie I installed the H&R' sports and KYB's before my TRD RSB....take it from me....the RSB made a hugh difference in cornering!
I'm sure it does Joe, and I'm not sorry I did it all at once. I just regret that I won't really be able to share any personal insight on it with future enquirers. I'll be able to tell 'em the whole package is SSSWWWEEEEETTTTT, but if they want to know about one component vs. the other, I'll just have to tell 'em "Talk to Joe!!"
