Rear spring question.

I am about to do struts/mounts on my gen4, I'm going with KYR2's and OEM mounts. Probably links and bushings too. I seriously need a 4 wheel alignment and new tires.
Dilemma:
I am staying with the stock ride height, the reason is that I have a hitch on the rear, and a hitch mounted bike rack, which carries my bikes way-often. I bang this thing on the ground constantly already. Not interested in a 1.5" drop lower = more bottoming out. The rear sags now, maybe from the weight of the hitch/rack/bikes/ junk in the trunk, maybe just age. Front seems fine. Put a couple of my teenagers in the back seat, and I'm dragging butt like a dog on carpet with an itchy rear.
Question:
Replace rear springs? Will that help? Will a new stock oem spring be better? Can I find a stock height spring that is stiffer than oem to help with the additional rear load I always seem to have? An option I havent considered here?

if the rear is sagging then thats the springs, the shocks just control bound and rebound. there is one idea worth trying. the rear suspesnsion between the gen3 and gen4 is the same. what you could do is try to locate the gen3 SE rear springs. the ridehight is the same but the are much stiffer. that would give ya what ur lookin for.

That easy?

Seriously? It is that easy? I was going to order the strut mounts from one of the online toyota dealers like http://www.toyota-parts.com or http://www.toyotapartscheap.com , Can I just ask them for the Gen3 SE springs, or could you come up with a part number? The online part dealer catalog dont really seem to deal in part numbers, just descriptions. I was going to order the KYB's from ... well I dont know yet.
I know the struts dont affect ride/sag, I just figure it's time for them and the mounts, besides having the usual clunks and squeaks, the tires are wearing in all sorts of bad ways. So I was going to do basically the whole suspension, get a 4 wheel alignment, and new rubber. That will put life in the old girl. Oh, and I probably need to do the clutch soon too.
