question on upgrading front sway bar bushings

Ok, I got a 99 camry le v6 5 speed and I plan to replace my bushigns. On the front sway bar, energy has two options. 18 and 19 mm for the front. Which set do I need to get? Oh, and on a side note, I think I'm gonna see if I can find some spare gen 1 solara control arms and when I go to replace the front control arm bushings compare the camry and solara arms to see if there is any weight difference. The solara's being steel and the camry's being iron make me think there would be.

Check Superpropoly for the bushings size,


Fit up of the stamped steel arms should be 100%.
