Seats from different gens

I have a '93 xle . I can not find leather seats to replace what I currently have. Has any one retrofitted seats for this car? Will different gen Camry seats work in a gen 3?.

Or better yet, does anybody know where I can find Gen 3 leather seats? Thanks.

i think gen4 seats will work, but i like the gen3 ones better, better bolstering. best place to check is ebay, here in the for sale section and at junkyards(cheapest).

Thanks for the feedback bigbird, I went down the route, though I'm still checking junk yards.

Anybody have a list of junkyards that cater to Camry's?

Anyway, would LS300 seats fit? I would image LS seats being more available.

Hi. I'm also looking for replacement Camry seats. I see you are from Cleveland. Did you find a place around here that some? I also need a joint that will install them for me.

No I did not. I went to a junk yard and bought cloth seats for now. I do want the leather ones .. I know a guy who can install seats. He once told me that if the new seats are about the right height he can fabricate new brackets. He has a machine shop. PM me if you want his number.

a while back i bought some leather seats (ebay) that were direct replacements for the ones i had on.. and they fit with no problems

i did it in a after noon with an electric stable gun and special pilers.. real easy to do. just takes time...
one thing... put all the pieces in the sun before you start..

after doing the first seat i decided to put the rest of the pieces in the sun to soften up a little...

I have a set of camry SE seats out of a 92 if you want them...

I don't want to ship them, but I'll let them go cheap
