Car had been sitting for ~10 hours (so everything was cold), it was 18 degrees outside, and it turned over like it was running a few minuites earlier. The only thing was the car felt 'stiff' for a few minuites, but thats expected, it was freaking cold and icey.

I was luke warm when I bought the car (remember, I never test drove it, as I learned to drive a stick on it, with no bad side-effects), but the car is really growing on me. I am going to get new rims to replace the steel wheels, so that will make it even better.

The car is just a champ.

hahaha, that's nothing, try -30 Celcius (-40 with wind, but car dosen't care about that)!! even with 10w30 my 92 v6 starts up like a champ

Bah! 5w30 synthetic 4 mE.

I think a big part is the computer adjusts things. Our 1989 Chevy truck always starts, but it doesn't like the cold very much.

However, my car likes nice cold, dense air. It's like having a cold air intake!!!

yeah, last year i still had 10w30 till mid january, then 5w30, made the switch early this year...

the performance is definetly better when its -15, -20 C
