Best Place to Buy Exhaust System

I did a search on the forum, but couldn't come up with the answer I'm looking for, although I cannot be the first one to ask this.

I will need to replace the entire length of my exhaust system on my 93 Camry 6 cyl. and the minimal research I did has resulted in big $$$.

Does anyone have suggestions on a place to purchase parts at a good price or other options? I'm not looking to "vrooom" around town or piss off neighbors, just a stock like system will be fine.

It's crapped out pretty much from the header on back, except the muffler. The worse part is near the front. The muffler is new.

In Aurora. If you are not familiar with Aurora, it's about 35 miles south-east of Cleveland.

I have family down in Columbus, I haven't seen them in years, so I'm not sure if they are still there.

Hmm, I never even gave that a thought thinking they would be all rotted, but I guess an old car with new exhaust can get in an accident

do you think I can use any 6 cyl gen 3 exhaust on my 93?

What exactly is the catback and cat? I've seen it mentioned in other threads, but I'm not familiar with them.

Cat = catalytic converter, I'm sure you know they are used for smog
Catback = after the catalytic converter all the way to the back of the car

If you can't find the entire exhaust system at the junkyard, you could probably use an old cat and take the car to a muffler shop and have them install custom piping (at the right size) for you. They should be able to install mandrel bent piping too. It sounds like you already have the muffler which is in good condition, so you would just need the cat and the piping.

im not sure how strict the regulations are for the emission control in your area, but if your gonna replace your cat, do it with a new one.
