Thumbs up Front Passenger Seat Removal??

I did a search with no luck.

I need to remove the front passenger seat on my '96 Camry and cannot figure out how to remove the plastic covers that cover the bolts that hold the seats. I don't want to tear them up. How do I get these things off!!

Thanks! I appreciate the help.
