I am guessing that you have already checked the motor function with separate power source and that it works and that you are not getting 12 VDC to both wires to the motor. That being the case, the most likely cause is a broken wire in the driver side door hinge wire loom. Use a multimeter between the plug to the master switch and the plug at the drive side panel (from the door hinge loom) and check resistance (should show near zero resistance for each wire). Wiggle the wires at the hinge each time just to be sure (if the needle fluctuates that's bad).
