4th Generation Help with oil leaks

I have a couple oil leaks on the old 98 4cyl beater. Trying to find out the most common place to look.

One is on the passenger side, probably the oil pump seal. The power steering pump is soaked with engine oil. The back of the timing cover and engine are also covered in an oily film.

The other is on the drivers side of the engine, around where the coil packs are below the intake. The back side of the motor has oil all over it. as well as the differential. There is a metal tube under the intake right by the coils, EGR maybe, and it is covered in oil. Is this the valve cover? Or maybe the cam seal?

I need to change the timing belt and water pump and was going to get a full kit that has everything, does this one look good to you guys?

Thanks.

Ok first you maybe be right about the oil pump seal however, a bad cam seal can cause oil to leak down the back of the timing cover. I would change the cam seals and oil pump seal. I would also change the valve cover gasket since it is probally very hard and cracked also. I would never buy a ebay water pump and timing belt as they in my opinion are of a lesser quality than toyota factory parts, but is up to u.
