I'd get the TRD since it has different settings, track and street. When I do get it, I'll just leave it on the track setting.

TRD is supposedly thicker than the whiteline, and stiffer when set to the track setting..

i believe the whiteline is actually thincker but the inner setting(track) on teh TRD offers more resistnace with a smaller diameter.
