Omg!! No!! Helpp!! Panic!!

*sigh* heres the story

i decide to skip my afternoon class at tafe so i can pick up my little bro from school. as i start the car, i realise my phone ran out of battery so i couldnt message him. simple solution! i bust out the in car charger!.

now, i remove the cigarette lighter, and plug the in car phone charger into the cigarette lighter socket only to find out that the light for the phone charger wasnt turning on, and it wasnt charging my phone. so i decide to remove the in car phone charger, and try to plug it in again to the cigarette lighter socket. ***the bad part***

as i plugged it in i hear a small like popping sound or whatever it was, and my cd player turns off. i turn off the car... and try starting it up again, to see if my cd player will start up again. it doesnt. the bad thing about it is that the lighter socket doesnt seem to be working at all anymore either.

can someone tell me whats going on please? can anyone help me? i am so scared right now.

my car is a gen 3 2.2L auto camry,
cd player is a pioneer DEH (not sure which one but its single din)
everything else seems to be working fine. but yeh... whats going on?

Thank you so much for your help! i feel so sad right now!

the radio and the cig lighter runs off the same fuse....so just check and replace that. it should be in the fuse box behind your little change thingy
