01 camry, Draw kills battery in 1 hour

I have a 01 Camry CE. Once a while the battery is dead and now I found out it drain completely in 1 hour. I found out that it was from the braking system. I went to the brake switch and found out the draw is from the green/white wire. That wire goes to the lamp failing module in the trunk. I did some reading here and it says that the white/black wire to the module is ground. When the module is unplugged, there is no more draw. When I test all the wire that goes to the module, green green/red and green/orange are all 3 grounded. Is that normal? Since they are grounded, thru the module they ground the green/white that goes to the brake pedal switch. I read that none of the wire beside the white/black should be grounded.(it was for a different year) Any help would be appreciate.

Do not have the wiring diagram for this year. Now many wires go to the module and what color?

Keep in mind the sensor module is also wired into the taillights. Some wires running to and from the sensor module may go to a resistor and/or light bulb and thus should have a higher ohmmeter resistance.

Green/White wire comes from brake switch should have 12V power when pedal pressed. This wire runs through a resistor inside the module then a bulb filament and ground.

Green/Red may go to the brake lights (combo brake/tail light), if so would have 12v power when pedal pressed. Because the light bulb is between the module and ground it should have a higher resistance.

Green/Orange may go to the taillights bulbs. Should have 12V when lights on and a have higher resistance reading.

Green from the Tail light fuse, should have 12 if lights turned on..

1 module wire may go to the high mounted brake light. If so would have 12V when pedal pushed and higher ohm reading.

1 module wire may come from Gauge fuse if so should have 12v when ign on.

1 module wire needs to go to the light out warning meter, then perhaps Gauge fuse. If so should have 12v when ign on.

1 module may be White/Black if so goes to ground.

Make sure the brake light switch turns all the way off. Pull the Gauge fuse and determine if the drain stops. Recheck ohm readings and determine if the reading is in line with a bulb filament. Check the combo brake/tail bulbs to make sure a filament is not crossed with the other bulb

toyomoho, thank you for the reply. I don't have a wiring diagram and I couldn't find one on the Net. The Brake switch is working properly but may be defective at time. This drain happens only once a while and in fact happend today. I started by removing one by one all fuses and relay in the engine compartment but no change. I then started the same under the steering wheel and when removed the brake fuse, the draw stopped. I then checked the brake switch and noticed that when the brakes are applied with ignition off I have a 4.5amp draw. I seems eccessif for just the brake light. Is one wire from the + at the switch and going to the green/white when brake is applied? The 2 other wires at the switch are for the cruise control I guess.
