Hi! I am looking spring for 95 I4 Camry.
Tein S.Tech. for 97-01 list:
Front: 2.7kgf, -1.5 inch drop
Rear: 3.7kgf, -0.6 inch drop
H&R Sport Spring only list -1.25 inch drop front and rear
I called H&R and they couldn't give me the spring rate...
I want to best handling and would not care about how much drop (means I don't need the lowest drop), even no drop will be ok for me as long as it gives me good handling.
I am guessing the Tein I4 might fit 95 also since we are all waiting result from felonyr301.
PS. Anyone also have answer for the Koni question I posted earlier? Thanks!
I just put H&R Sports on my '95 V6. Lowering was right on 1-1/4 as advertised for me. Handling is great. From a ride standpoint, I'm glad I didn't drop it any lower.
With springs only, you will feel better handling performance. But the addition of aftermarket struts, you'll feel far better handling. Then add a rear swaybar and sized up wheel/tire setup, you'll feel like you're driving a totally different car.
That's just how I felt with my 95 I4, but I went with the wheel/tire upgrade first.
unless the spring is crap quality, lower will give you better handling up until you start tucking tire - thats about where you get into artificial wear and the handling will actually get worse

Originally, I was going Tokico HP Blues with H&R springs, but after receiving them and consulting with the mechanic we decided it was not something worth doing, because we had to cut the struts out because I have a 92 Camry which has sealed struts. I then tried the junkyard but came up empty on a serviceable strut support, so I returned the Tokicos and re-ordered the KYB GR-2 struts instead that come sealed. So it really is plug and play with KYB, if you get the Tokico's you have to cut, so more work, more labour costs.
Just a reminder to anyone ordering Tokico HP Blues for 92 Camry I4/V6 to be prepared for extra work. KYB GR-2 will save time.
I finally pulled the trigger. I just place orders for the H&R + KYB GR-2 combination. I'll put in an order for the TRD RSB, mounts & bushing, and new end links as well. Can't wait to get all this stuff install to EXPERIENCE the new ride!

The TRD RSB comes with the bushings and stuff, only thing would be is if you putting the TRD RSB on the gen 3 camry then it would be best to buy the gen 4 camry bushing brackets.
WTH??^^^^ Just buy sealed tokico hp blues problems solved what was so hard about that!!!
There is no such P/N from Tokico, the 92-94 is sold only as a serviceable strut. I would have to get the 95 Camry Tokico to get sealed struts (non-serviceable).
I was thinking this route but the 95 camry tokico struts have a fitment problem. The long and short of it, I didn't want to go through the hassle, and extra costs.
