'92 Camry: VERY LOW vibration at highway speeds. not a balance issue [i've had those issues and it's not the same feel + i just had my tires (1 year old) balanced/rotated and my wheels aligned)]. it's feels like someone is pumping rapid lllooowww frequency base into my car seat when i drive. never felt anything like it before. tire guy insists tires are fine but alignment is bad. alignment guy instists balance and alignment are correct and one tire has "tire kenecity." last thing...i know i need need shocks (seals are blown). could this be the cause? if not, what is wrong? please help!
