sounds like you would need to drop the headliner and check the drain tubes. Maybe one feel off and its causing the leak. Start there.

Definably check the drain tubes. When the drain tubes in my 97 xle clogged water poured down inside of the plastic front pillar cover on my passenger side and ended up in the floor mat.

Moral of the story: The sun roof doesn't have a perfect seal and without the drain tubes working it will leak.

This thread has the details on how to remove the headliner. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/ar...p/t-98100.html

You only need to remove the things that hold the front of the headliner in place. You should be able to reach the tubes. You might also have to remove the A pillar plastic covers if I remember correctly though.

The drain tubes are clear plastic tubes.
