3rd Generation Suspension upgrade

First of all, I'm a newbie at cars so...
Old 94' Camry V6 XLE, still at stock I think I need a new suspension. As of right now the comfort on highway is quite rough compared to my mom's new 2002 Camry. I want a smooth ride and ultimately better handling (say passing semi's at 80mph on a curve road won't be too scary, and I don't want to feel flying hitting a bump at high speed). What kind of upgrades do I need?

The first thing you want to get is a clue

No seriously, this has been discussed a million times. Do a search on suspension i this forum and you will turn up a dozen r more threads with people's recommendations.

Also, if you think a stock V6 XLE is riding rough, you may not want to go with an aftermarket suspension (because a stock Camry rides like a pillow rolling on marshmallows).

Yeah, but concerning suspension, Venom_5 wrote this up a couple of months ago...

Gen 3 Suspension Options

Also, may I suggest a TRD or Whiteline Rear Sway Bar in addition to stuff like struts and springs. All stuff I plan on doing as soon as I get the money
