4th Generation TRD RSB review

for those of you who didnt get a swaybar yet get one NOW. yea im kinda late on getting this mod. i just recieved it in the mail yesterday and i put it on. the stock sway was easy to take off like 10 min but putting on the new one was like 2 hours. the bushings are just a pain in the ass. whops sorry forgot to post about turns.....handling is excellent! in hawaii we have this road called tantalus (round top drive)...kinda like initial d style...it feels way better now. if feels like i can finally trust the back of my car. i can accel way harder into, outer on turns now.

Yea EvoFire... is Whiteline bad??? Huh????

j/k, He sold it to me. But from what I've read, TRD is better because it has 2 settings: street driving, tracking driving. Also I believe the diameter is bigger @ 20mm, vs Whiteline is 18mm (for 92 Camry) anything beyond 92 is 20mm (i think)

No. I just don't have a Camry anymore. I just haven't changed my sig yet and I still hang out around here. The Highlander board... is kinda boring.

I thought the Whiteline is thicker than the TRD @ 21mm. You'll see when the bar arrives, its quite a bit heftier and bigger than the stock bar.

I'm not positive, but I heard that the TRD sway bar is stiffer than the Whiteline when it's set on the Track setting.

If it is thicker, than the Whiteline should have more stiffness than the TRD.

TRD is @ 20mm??? Anyone???

the TRD track setting is stiffer then the whiteline even though it is thicker. the reason is that the the track setting brings the mounting of the bar closer then the whiteline so theres less give. a good analogy is braking a stick, if ya hold it on teh ends and bend it will bend more and brake easier. if you hold the same stick closer to the center then its harder to bend and brake, thats the idea of teh track setting.

usually hey are around 150, best way to get them is from reggie on solaraguy.com 150shipped or somthign like that.
