Hey, i drive a 1994 Camry and I want to get a better engine for it...i want to keep my automatic transmission so my question is

What would be a good engine to get that has some power, and also works with an automatic transmission?

what do you have now?

if u have a 5s get a 1mz if you want to keep auto get a 1mz auto and build the transmission and turbo it. other than using nitrous its pretty much your only option. and thats even if you have the money to fit the bill

well u can swap in a 1mz 3.0 v6 engine, i dont think your auto would mate to it but im not sure. it will cost you and imo isnt really worth it. I would just sell your camry and get a stock v6 one, save yourself the hassle

Or better yet, get a good platform instead like a MR2 or SC300. Camry is not the best platform to mod.
