3rd Generation does every 3VZ-FE has a dash pot (DP)?
Hi... i removed the throttle body from the intake chamber, and than I readed the manual how to inspect and clean the throttle body, and than I readed on one page of the manual that there is a dash pot instlled to the throttle body. I looked on my throttle body and I didn't found that think...

If that is from the manual pdf that we had available here for a long time, it's more than likely the 1mz-fe that has it, not the 3vz-fe. Look at the beginning of that section and see if it says 1mz-fe.

i have a manual form the Lexus Es300 that had the 3VZ-FE engine. and the manual is for the 3vz-fe engine. what for is this dash pot?
