Need help identifying this rear brake line part.

I have a rear brake leak behind the gas tank at what appears like a brake valve. The valve has two brake line inputs and two outputs. There is a spring attached to the valve that attaches to a suspension component. I think this valve may be some sort of rear antilock valve or proportioning valve. I need to identify it, so I can try to find a replacemnt.
