Trip To Tokyo, what Gen 4 parts (CAMS?) to get and where?

I'll be Just North of Tokyo for an upcoming trip.

I have a 99 Camry, manual trans with 1MZFE V6. Suspension and wheels are mostly squared away.

Thinking Especially of aftermarket drop in cams (any info would be helpful)? An exhaust would be a bit

too big, but what cool parts could I get, especially engine power mods?

I'm assuming there is a car mods shopping district like the fabled (here anyway) motorcycle shopping

district in Tokyo.

Anybody know about good parts, sources, locations?

well for one all the parts avalible here are the same as there are in Japan. exhaust and SC are about it man, no cams. but you can find the TRD gracia bumper...in fact how bout 2 of thoes. one for you and one for me.

After you get to Japan, start counting all the gen4 Camrys you'll see. You'd be hard pressed to find 10 sedans during your entire trip, you'll see more Camry Gracia Wagons, but they were very slow sellers.

Anyway, the place to get stuff? There's usually an Autobacs (big autoparts store) in most cities. They hae a lots of stuff, but prices are higher in Japan for most things.

1MZ engines are used in many JDM Toyotas, but not on gen4 Camrys. Instead, a 2.5L 2MZ-FE was used.
