Ground Control manufactures adjustable coil over spring perch sleeves, Eibach manufactures springs. Tokico manufactures shocks and springs. Ground control uses Eibach springs with their coil over kits. You can install a Ground Control Coil Over Kit on Tokico shocks.

Coilover sleeves is a bad idea im sorry but only good things heard were from using these with koni shocks and the reason it was ok is because of the koni's great shocks besides that people don't know what's really good.

Stick to performance strut/spring option or real threaded coilovers!!!
