to make the camry cooler, look into the TRD full lip kit and rear decklid lip spoiler for the gen 4 camry...def adds a much more aggressive and sporty look to the car....then go with suspension, i reccomend TRD springs on the TRD struts with TRD front strut bar and rear sway bar....will give a sportier ride and much better (less boat like) handling
as for the engine, youre pretty much screwed with the 2.2 5sfe....you can look into the RIPPMODS supercharger, 3sGTE swap, or a custom turbo kit for big power, but for small stuff intakes, a header, and a TRD exhuast are avalible
also, little things like HID headlamps, tints and such make a big difference in looks
it all depends on how deep your pockets are and what you want to do
