On the 1995 Camry, it would be fuse #24 which is located right behind the ashtray.

Remove the change tray (two screws), #24 is the right fuse in the middle row, 15 amp.

What it controls is: audio system, daytime running light system, clock, cigarette lights, air bag system, shift lock system.

I don't see any fuse listed for power side mirrors, maybe this wasn't offered on the '95s (my LE doesn't have it), or maybe it is an Australian feature?

Anyway, you also have fuses under the hood (just to the right of the battery), on your passenger side (up and to the left of where their left foot would be), and on the driver's side (up and to the right of where your foot would be). When I say passenger and driver, I'm assuming that your car has the driver on the right side / passenger on the left side.

Edited to change ashtray to change tray, the change tray being that little compartment on the dash to the left of the driver on US models.

Heat,

Did you mean coin box instead of ashtray?

Edit: My bad, it really is behind the change holder which, on US models, is to the left of the driver on the dash. Remove the door (press in on both sides) to remove it, then there are two screws which will need to be removed.

In the diagram in my owner's manual it looks like the ashtray and I'm used to fuses behing behind the ashtray (from my Volvo days), but on this car they really are behind the change holder as well as the other locations I pointed out. Thanks for the correction.
