3rd Generation rough idle

hey guys, i really need some help. i have a 93 camry v6 le and it idle roughly and blowing out black smokes from the exaust. and when i started to take it for a test drive it seems like theres no power at all. it will take off really slow, even when i step on the gas pedal up to 3000rpm. the mechanic told me that my fuel and air mixture is bad. so then he replace the maf sensor and coolant heating sensor, after that it runs good for about a good 2 hour and then started to act up again. then next thing he told me was that the problem now is the ecu. i have repace that already and still does the same thing, no problem solve. have anyone had the same problem like this or similar to this? any suggestion would be very helpful. thanks!

The engine now runs OK for 2 hours before it because rough and smokes? Does the smoke smell like unburned gas?

Rarely does the ECU fail.

Did the mechanic replace the correct coolant sensor, the one for the ECU?

At the least you should find another mechanic.

Typically there are two coolant sensors. One for the computer, the other for the temp gauge in the car.

You should be able to smell the smoke to determine if it is gas fumes.
