Rims don't fit!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a set of 18 inch konig's off a guy today who said they had a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. Which would of fit my 94 perfectly, but when i got home i realized that they are 5 x 100's and obviously won't fit. I wanted to know if i should buy wheel adapters to make the rims fit, but i have no idea what to look for. I'll give the rim dimensions and maybe someone can let me know what size of adapter to buy, and where to buy it from.

18 x 7.5
5 x 100 bolt pattern
225R40/18 tires

I'm not sure what the offset is, if anyone can help me out that would be great. thanks

first, why didnt ya check to make sure before ya bought them, the bolt pattern is on the wheel. second of all id demand my money back and return them. they do have adapters but they will space the wheels out, so ull need to know the offset. the offset should be engraved on the back of the wheel, possible on the back of a spoke. but the adapters are expensve and put stress on your factory studs. so again...id return them and demand my money back.
