Got in my car this morning and my left blinker arrow is lit up green, and the blinker lever is in the neutral position. When I put the lever to the left turn signal position it blinks one time then just stays lit. Got out of the car and both front and rear blinkers are lit up but not flashing. Right side works fine. Could this be a relay problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Check the fuses and also check the bulbs to make sure one isn't burnt out.
I've never had a turn signal bulb burn out on my Camry, but on other cars the light would blink rapidly on the dashboard when a bulb was burned out - maybe on the Camry it just stays solid?
You didn't say what year your Camry was... on the '95 you get to the front turn signal bulb by taking a screw out of the lens (phillips screw), then the lens comes off and the light assembly slides out, it's sort of held on by a clip on the outer edge. Then unscrew the bulb from the back of the light assembly.
For the rear turn signal lights as wella s rear side maker and stop / tail lights on a '95, undo two Phillip's screws then the assembly sort of slides to the left (two small clips maybe?). Remove the bulbs.
There are some good illustrations in your owner's manual.

It's a 1997 Camry 4 cyl, both of the bulbs were burning this morning when I looked at them, must be a relay prob. or somthing like that, because you don't hear the clicking sound that it usually makes when you put your turn signal on.
thats the relay clicking on and off that is making the sounds.. and it lets you know that the relay is working.

Well checked the fuses, flashers, and bulbs last night all were ok. Get in the car this morning left green blinker signal still lit up. Went about 5 miles and the left blinker signal goes away and now the left turn signal works fine. So I don't know what in the hell is going on, maybe it won't mess up again. The night before this all started we had alot of heavy rain and alot of lightening, maybe some of the wires got wet or something who knows.
