Still Down on Power??

Well I had a thread a few weeks ago saying the car was slow as hell and it just doesn't pull at all.. Well I just buttoned it up tonight after working on it and its actually slower now barely get up to 50-60


Just finished the below

Cam Seal, Oil Pump Seal, Front Main Seal, Timing Belt Set, Both Belts, Wires, Plugs, PVC Valve, Torque Rod, Seafoam/Oil Change, Dist Cap/Rotor


I lined up the marks perfectly.. but there is a few things that could have it a tooth off.. what direction are you supposed to be looking at the crankhub's "0" from? the fender from the top or the front of the car?..

also on the camshaft I lined it up with the slit not the dot I'm going to take out the timing light and check the timing tomorrow but I seriously doubt that is going to fix it since it just got worse doing the timing belt

took off the dist today to do the seal, going to time it hopefully tomorrow see how it comes out.. checked compression a week or so ago definitely had 170-170-180-180 nothing was under Toyota's specs

oil pan is still leaking for some reason though even though i'v tightened it up more

timed it today to 10 definitely running alot better. the PS is still whining when turning put a new belt on it changed its fluid and the belt is tight dunno what its deal is going to losen and tighten it one more time

the rule of thump that i was told was if you can turn the belt 1/4 then your good...

turn the belt? are you meaning how much you can make the belt deflect tight?
