Call a few local paint and body shops and ask for estimates. But I personally would not call Maaco as
I have not been impressed with their work in the slightest, personally.
I just repainted my bumpers...and the rest of the car. To do the job right, and fill in every little nick, scratch,
and flaw of any kind, and repaint the bumper properly in two stage urethane basecoat/clearcoat, and then
polish it all out, was a good 10 labor hours for me. But I'm not a professional and don't work as fast as
a pro would.
I'd expect a top quality bumper repaint job to cost 300 bucks, easily. I know how much work goes into it.
Paint costs alone would be about a hundred bucks to do it right, due to the minimum quantities I'd have
to buy to do it. (Pints for everything, or quarts. Too much for just the bumpers, but there's no choice.)
