First thing you should do is suspension. Tokico struts w/ H&R OR Eibach springs for improve handling. Get a trd rsb or whiteline rsb. Also replace strut mounts...etc while you're at it.
You'll get the most out of suspension mods. You can greatly improve handling with some springs, struts, sway bar, and strut bar. Engine mods like intake and cat-back exhaust won't do much, other than change the sound of the car.
$320 for tokicos struts, $100-200 for sport springs, $150 for TRD rear sway bar. To give you an idea and if you think this is expensive then don't do anything but an cheap intake!!!
ur not makin much sense. that makes it sound like u have to mod it. the cheapest mods are none at all. but id agree with teh others, suspesion and wheels are the best mods for the money. also an intake is great, sounds amazing on teh 4cyl and v6.

Can you choose the color you want and are they easy to install?
