3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I Was shopping around for wheels for my 97 Camry but i dont know if i want chrome or to go with the more OEM look.
I think the IS 250-350 wheels would look good on there but i dont know if they will fit.
IS350 wheels have i 45mm offset in the front and a 50mm in the back and they are 18inch rims
awww man i thought i was going to be the first gen4 on tn with is350 rims lol ... (anyone with them hiding out there ?) i'm planning on getting them this summer ... i think it would be better to get them all 18x8 though ...
silver paint, lowered ~1", is350 rims ... i did a rough photoshop and it looks pretty good imo
hmm im not sure about the heaviness ... i mean, they won't be as light as a good set of aftermarket wheels but ... i believe each is350 wheel is ~26 lbs, whereas each camry steelie (14") is about 35, so there should be a little gain in lightness.
i've pretty much given up on doing any kind of performance mod on my 5sfe anyways ... my sig will say something like 'all show no go' real soon
The Camry is a car that I can rip out someone's pride, stab it, beat it, and completely bash their egos, and it's so ridiculous that the person comes back with a hysterical laugh... ROFL They got trainlengthed by a Camry that in their mind, was a 18 sec car.
