anything is possible with enough money... thats the smartest answer youre going to get. Everyone else is going to be pissed and probably flame you until this is locked
mind defining "possible" so we can answer that question for you?
Do you mean Possible as in, is this in the realm of actual possibility? (the answer would be yes)
do you mean possible as in, is this possible without having the car down for a while while custom wiring and possibly custom motor mounts are made? (the answer is most likely no)
do you mean possible as in is it possible to do cheaply? (no)

it's lots of work, and it's not worth it...mounts should be fine, but it's more about the electronics since the 3.3 is throttle by wire...
and milt did a 3.3L non-vvti - basically used the bottom-end of the 3.3 and mated it with the 3.0 head...lots of work...and not really worth the money in general either, except for being different and if you're going boost....but then I'd say you may as well build it too. It's basically a stroker 1mz-fe.

Yes, I did have the 3.3 V6 with the Charger and it was a 5 speed on the Gen3. I didn't finish the car since I ran into a problem financially, after parting with the car which took care of the problem I had decided to go back to being RWD.
swapping engines should usually be done with engines as identical as possible, unless you have lots of free time, money, patience, experience, and welding and fabricating capability...
