Camry 96' VS Commodore VS 95'

Hi all, i have owned my Gen III Vienta for over a year now.

i am generally not one to thrash my car, or ride it on the rough side, i mainly ride it smoothly and appreciate the luxurious comfy ride.

However, my best mate bought a VS commodore 95 model and he has been winding me up about how fast his car is compared to mine.

Generally i am not one to get involved in jealousy related arguments, but i must say this time im at boiling point.

I have researched on the net, and basically 0-100 both our cars almost even up. i think the como is faster by one second..

I have been in his car when he has flattend the pedal, and to be honest i believe that theres not much difference between the two cars, only that the como is louder...

I have not lined him up yet, but i am prepared to if he keeps pushing the idea.. preferably on the backroads near the farmland.

What my question is, is the como really faster than myne 0-100, and what about beyond? is there much difference between the cars, and if so what kinds of difference?

If i was to line him up in a secluded area, and we both put our foot's down at the same time (no gear work, both start in 'D' as there both auto's) how would the event turn out?

Would he completley blast me and my trusty camry? or have i got a steady chance with him? or would i be able to beat him.

If i was to lose, what would i have to do to my camry to have it equal it or beat it?

Both our cars are stock. His is V6, so is mine.

Interested in all Feedback people!!!

Thanks for letting me vent, i have been fuming ever since he told me and i am not able to line him up any time soon since he's on holidays..
