you have to remove the whole door panel.

Why are you trying to get the speaker out?

I ask cause I'm looking for a replacement one.

Thanks for your reply. After I bought the 2000 camry new, I had an incident where I dropped milkshake in the car. I was able to clean it off except the area where the speaker cover is located. I realized after talking to the dealer that I have to remove the entire panel to clean the speaker cover. Do you think it is is worth it? This is my wife's car with only 43K. The link to the tutorial for removal of the whole door panel is excellent. I think I can follow the guide to remove the door panel. Thank you for the link to the tutorial.
