1st post (new to da nation)

* I have had my automatic 1997 camry ce for 2 years now and it runs perfect. only thing to replace was a radiator that was 12 yrs old and one of my fans recently.

I was wondering what i could do to increase performance on it.

turbo would be cool but i dont know how that would work with it being an automatic.

Like i said im new here and i have top of the line plugs, wires, synthetic oil always at 2.5k mile, and extended life orange antifreeze. but what other mods can i do to increase my power especially acceleration.

youre pretty much out of luck if you want acceleration but dont want to turbo ... i'd say best performance mods for a 4-cyl are handling mods like bigger wheels, struts, springs, and a rear sway bar.

I wouldnt mind spending the money to do a turbo mod but i've never seen anyone add one with an automatic.

is it as effective?

is there risks i need to know about first?

does anyone have this done already?

that supercharger is for the v6 but if you have a v6 that would be your best bet
