toyotapartsales.com....sigh...

Well...I read on here about retrofitting the Gen4 motor mount on the Gen3 Camry. So I logged onto toyotapartsales.com and ordered the parts like the person who had written the guide did. That was one the 16th. It's now the 23rd. According to the site, they are still processing. I was hoping to have it by this weekend, but that's not looking good at all.

Sheesh.

Does it usually take this long?

Hello,
I am the OP on this retrofit/mod. I have ordered several items from them and they are usually fast. I sent them an email about the fact that I had posted this information on TN and that they should be expecting orders for these parts.
Hang tight,
Bear95

Thanks Bear. I found it strange that they hadn't even shipped it yet. I was going to try calling but I guess it's outside their business hours. I'll let you guys know what happens..

if they do not have the parts in stock, they have to special order them. it may take a few days for them to get the parts, then another few days for them to ship it to you. you also ordered on a fri, they may not have gotten around to placing an order until the next mon. don't worry, you'll get your order eventually! i've ordered lots of parts from toyotapartsales.com, they are usually fast and never disappoint!

Another member on TN (EEngineer) order 2 weeks ago and was just shipped this week. Apparently you are stuck on backorder like the other member. So hang tight.

We call this the TN effect

The TN effect. Great, haha. Well yeah, I guess I can understand with that guide that a lot of people are doing the retrofit. Thanks for the replies.

I'm sure it's just a backordered item. Send them an email and ask, they'll respond the same day.

I had ordered some parts for my electrical problem in early May through them, got them in three days. Also, if you are placing an order, toss in some oil filters ($3.90).
