Im trying to get the a/c blower unit out so that I can remove the evaporator. To say the least....its a PITA! Ive taken all the bolts/nuts/screws out that I can see and it still wont come out.

Anyone ever removed one before? Any help?

I've actually never done it. Do you have the Factory repair manual?

I do...and I finally got it out. I have to remove the ECU (didnt disconnect anything from it..just unbolted it and let it hang) and remove the inlet servomotor from the side of it JUST so i would have BARELY enough clearance to get it out. Im sure it will be fun getting it back in too. I cleaned it up real good though since I had it out.

And yes...i have the factory service manual.
